Does her job well in providing all of the facts and options and lets you make the decision, is very supportive of your decision, and completes the process. She uses a stager as she states that is "not her expertise". The stager she used for us seemed to be in a "hurry up and get it done" mode. I believe the stager just threw together what she had available to move on to the next one. Her things did not really match the look we were wanting to achieve. I recommend meeting with the stager and knowing what is going to be used before just "throwing it together". She also uses a young lady to market on social media which was nice and I believe helpful. She did a great job for us and I definitely would recommend using Kathleen."
