Welcome to New Braunfels
Master-planned riverside communities featuring brand new homes and exclusive country clubs
Conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio, New Braunfels is a charming oasis. It’s a haven for outdoor lovers with beautiful parks, golf courses, and access to two rivers – Guadalupe and Comal – made for tubing or just floating with friends and family. New Braunfels has mild winters and over 220 days of sunshine every year. It’s also only a 30-minute drive to Canyon Lake. Known as “The Jewel” of Texas Hill Country, Canyon Lake offers 80 miles of scenic coastline, hiking trails, and water activities.
You’ll find new spacious homes at Havenwood and John Newcombe Estate, which has its own exclusive country club. The gated community at Manor Creek features a private clubhouse and swimming pool. In between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake, River Chase Hill offers an idyllic hill country setting with a 58-acre community park and private access to the Guadalupe River. There are two main historic districts – New Braunfels Downtown and Gruene Historic District. These German settlements that date back to the 1840s are now commercial thoroughfares.
