Welcome to Boerne

Beautiful green spaces, a historic downtown, and the Texas Hill Country living at its finest
Boerne is in the Texas Hills Country just northwest of San Antonio. In the 1800s, German immigrants built a community here. Downtown is full of historic buildings, including the original 1870 Kendall County Courthouse, the second oldest courthouse in Texas. Downtown is also known as “Hill Country Mile” and boasts an array of antique shops, vintage clothing retailers, art galleries, and craft breweries.
You’ll find luxury homes and resort-style amenities in the exclusive Esperanza neighborhood. There’s an event center, a lazy river, a fitness center, and 15 miles of hiking trails. Houses feature custom Hill Country architecture shaded by centuries-old oak trees. Another high-end community is Cordillera Ranch, which features a golf course, riding trails, and various creeks perfect for swimming and fishing. Here you’ll find modern villas with scenic Hill Country views within walking distance of the Cordillera Ranch Clubhouse.
